Where do I find my passcode?
An email is sent to all registered families approximately 5–7 days after photography has finished at your centre. This email contains your unique passcode and gallery link.
If you can’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders and search for “Jodie Piggott Photography.”

My passcode says it’s inactive or No photos are showing — what should I do?
Please double-check that your passcode has been entered exactly as shown in the email (including any capital letters). If the passcode is still not working or no images are appearing, please contact us at jodiepiggottphotography@gmail.com, and we will respond as promptly as possible.
